Dr. Endya Perry is a prolific author and dynamic speaker who is on a mission to ensure that all people within her vision and her reach recognize and understand that they have purpose, value, and power.
Dr. Endya Perry earned her bachelor's degree from NC State University in Accounting, her MBA with a concentration in Business Law from Campbell University; and her Doctorate specializing in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. Her background is rich in finance, business analysis, digital tools, operations, and leadership. She is a proven transformational leader and transformational life coach with a strong passion for inspiring and transforming people and teams.
My Story, my purpose
The most important question you will ever answer in life consists of three small words - "Who am I?"
I have undergone an evolutionary journey of discovering and unleashing my purpose, value, and power. While I am tremendously grateful and proud of the accomplishments I have earned, my answer to the question "Who am I?" encompasses far more than labels, degrees, and titles. My identity is revealed in the impact I make on the world around me, which is a direct result of the culmination of mountaintop victories and challenging valley experiences. I am grateful for them all. There is a purpose is every experience and in every season. I have found that my purpose is not tied to my skills, it is tied to my story. Each chapter of my story builds passion, focus, and strength that prepares me for my purpose in the next phase of my life's story. In this season my purpose and my mission is to partner with others on their journey of identifying, nurturing, fortifying, and unleashing their purpose, value, and power.
